Koen has worked for more than 15 years for Nestlé and Nespresso in different settings and senior roles, like Regional Business Director Europe, CFO Switzerland and Global Head of Customer Loyalty. He also fulfilled business development roles at Alessi and Franke Coffee Systems. He enjoys supporting companies in achieving strategic, operational and financial successes. Koen has extensive international experience with delivery of projects in more than 30 countries. All of this has facilitated him to develop a complete and unique view on the food and beverage sector and adjacent categories.
Nicolas has more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage sector. As pure marketer, he has worked on many iconic brands, like Toblerone, Mövenpick of Switzerland and Nespresso. He enjoys strengthening brand equity through relevant and ‘glocal’ marketing. Nicolas’ expertise covers all type of sales channels from mass retailers to own boutiques and from online to foodservices. He has successfully delivered many projects across Europe and Asia. These experiences allow Nicolas to be an effective support to start-ups and established businesses in turning their ideas into great results.
